Updating your HUAWEI watch/band

On your wearable device

 
  • Updates are not supported on the wearable device when paired with an iPhone, except for smart watches. For details about how to update smart watches, please refer to Updating your HUAWEI smart watch.
  1. Enter the device app list and go to Settings > System & updates > Software updates.
  2. Tap the update icon and follow the onscreen instructions to download the package and update your device.

On your phone

  1. Open Huawei Health, navigate to the device details screen, and tap Firmware update.

    On the Firmware update screen, you can tap the icon in the upper right corner and toggle on Auto-download over Wi-Fi and Auto-install updates and restart the device when it's not in use, to have new versions automatically pushed to your wearable device for updates.

    For iPhones, you can go to the Firmware update screen, tap the icon in the upper right corner, and toggle on Auto-download updates via WLAN and Auto-install updates and restart the device when it's not in use.

  2. Your phone will check for any available updates. Then follow the onscreen instructions to update your wearable device.
