How to use Offline maps on huawei watch
PART 1 How to download offline maps
First, make sure your watch and the Huawei Health app are both updated to the latest version.
Open the Huawei Health app > Devices > select you watch > Offline maps

Go to the Regions tab, find the map you want, and touch Download next to it.

Stay on this screen until the download is complete. Once downloaded, you can view the map on your watch.
To manage your maps, go to the Manage Downloads tab.

Touch the icon next to a map to delete it if needed.

PART 2 How to set Workout maps
Press the up button on your watch to open the app list and then go to Settings, Workout Maps.
Customize the display settings to fit your needs.
Set Display Mode to Auto, Light or Dark. Select Auto Rotate or North Up for map view.

PART 3 Start your map-enabled workout
Press the up button on your watch to enter the app list and touch Workout.
Swipe up or down to choose your workout. For example, Outdoor Run. Touch Go to start.
Your watch will display your workout stats and you can swipe down to see the map.

PART 4 How to use online maps
Note:
1. Online maps work only in Standard mode.
2. If both online and offline maps are available, online maps take priority.
3. If online maps aren’t available, the system switches to offline maps after confirming you location.
4. This model will cause the battery to drain faster.
5. For IOS, eSIM must be enabled to use online maps.
6. In Europe, online maps require eSIM to function.
To use online maps, enable eSIM on your watch, and set your watch to standard mode.
