Unable to connect my HUAWEI MatePad Air to my phone's hotspot

Problem

When the user connects their HUAWEI MatePad Air tablet to a mobile hotspot, the Wi-Fi connection fails and the message "Denied access to network" is displayed.

Solution

1. Your tablet and phone must be kept at least 20 cm apart when connecting your tablet to your phone's hotspot.
2. If you disable Personal hotspot and go to More > AP band to enable 5 GHz after connecting your tablet to your phone's hotspot, and then find that the connection fails, please delete the hotspot and reconnect your tablet to your phone's hotspot.
