Viewing the S/N of my HUAWEI mouse

Serial number ("S/N" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code.

You can view the S/N through the label on the packaging box or the label in the battery compartment.

If you cannot find the SN, go to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance. (Paper and electronic invoices and valid vouchers from e-commerce channels can act as warranty proof.)

The following uses the HUAWEI Wireless Mouse (CD26 SE) as an example:

• View through the label on the packaging box

  

• View through the label in the battery compartment

  Open the top cover along the buckle or the mark on the tail of the mouse, remove the battery from the battery compartment, and view the mouse label at the bottom of the battery compartment.
