HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) Service Agreement
Welcome to claim the HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 with HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) service. We are committed to providing you with high-quality and satisfactory service. This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") outlines the protections and benefits you will receive upon claiming the HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 with HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) service. Please be sure to read it carefully.
1. Service Name: HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service")
2. Service recipients
This service applies to HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 devices purchased in the official HUAWEI stores online and in retail stores offline in the Philippines.
3. Service Content
1) Two Years Two Times Accidental Damage Protection Service: After successfully claiming the benefit and during its service validity period, if device experiences a malfunction due to accidental collision, dropping, crushing, liquid ingress, etc., during normal use, you are entitled to two accidental damage repair service within 2 years.
2) One-Year Extended Warranty Service: After successfully claiming the benefit, your device’s service warranty will be extended for 1 more year.
4. Service Fee Rate Standards:
1) Two Years Two Times Accidental Damage Protection Service: During the effective period of the service, if the device is faulty due to accidental collision, drop, extrusion, or liquid inflow during normal use, the equipment can enjoy the accident protection service.
If the mainboard, front cover, and rear cover are faulty, each component is charged with a service fee of PHP1,299. Other components are repaired free of charge.
2) The service period takes effect after successfully claiming the HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) Service.
5. Repair Reporting Method:
For faults within the scope of this service, you should bring the faulty device and this agreement to the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in the Philippines for repair services within the validity period of the service rights (the validity of the rights is determined by the time of store visit or device dispatch).
6. The following situations are not covered under the service scope of this agreement by HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers:
Maintenance will be charged according to the warranty standards:
1) Any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair of the covered equipment without HUAWEI‘s permission.
2) The nameplate, serial number, or other identifying information on the protected equipment's main unit is missing, damaged, or altered, making it impossible to determine whether it belongs to the specified category.
Protected equipment;
3) Damage or loss of accessories or consumables (including but not limited to power adapters, batteries, earphones, data cables), etc.
4) Damage to the equipment caused by intentional, reckless, or willful actions, or damage resulting from the use of the covered equipment in an unreasonably foreseeable manner, including but not limited to severe physical damage (such as crushing, bending, or submersion in liquid), and damage or malfunction of the covered equipment caused by criminal acts.
5) The appearance of the protected equipment, including screen scratches, wear, or material adhesion, does not affect its functionality.
6) Damage or malfunction of the covered equipment caused by force majeure events such as war, hostile actions, military operations, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, and natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive contamination, lightning strikes, floods, or others);
7) Equipment for which no coverage service has been purchased or which has exceeded the coverage service period, or the rights to use other covered equipment to provide coverage for the aforementioned equipment.
8) Insured equipment deemed lost or stolen;
9) If the host components of the protected equipment are missing, such as the outer screen falling off/lost, or the surface layer of the foldable screen is missing;
10) Loss or damage to any electronic data, programs, or software in the protected equipment; including but not limited to any unauthorized access or use of such systems, denial-of-service attacks, or the receipt or transmission of malicious code, resulting in the storage, processing, access, transmission, or
The loss, inaccessibility, damage, destruction, inability to access, or inability to operate any electronic hardware or software or its components that receive information from the protected device;
11) The loss, inaccessibility, damage, destruction, inability to access, or inability to operate any electronic data stored in the protected device, including any losses resulting from unauthorized access or use of such data, denial-of-service attacks, or the receipt or transmission of malicious code.
12) For commercial purposes
This service seeks equipment services for personal economic gain, including situations where you have sold, transferred, subcontracted, delegated, or assigned any rights you have under this service to others;
13) The equipment provided to you during the maintenance of the covered device (such as a backup machine, etc.);
14) Preventive maintenance, including but not limited to the early use of this service if the covered device does not fail.
15) Purchase this service after the insured equipment has been damaged.
7. The protection service you have purchased will automatically become invalid under any of the following circumstances:
1) The warranty service has expired, or the benefits have been fully utilized within the warranty period;
2) Your HUAWEI terminal device has been tampered with or repaired by non- HUAWEI or unauthorized service centers.
3) If HUAWEI discovers that you have requested authorized service center support by intentionally damaging HUAWEI terminal devices, the warranty service rights provided under this agreement will immediately terminate, and HUAWEI reserves the right to pursue legal action.
8. Replacement of old parts through recycling and repair
The faulty parts belong to HUAWEI, which will be recycled through HUAWE’s authorized service centers.
9. Liability Limitation: HUAWEI or its authorized service centers shall not be liable for the following circumstances:
1) The loss or damage of records or data on your device.
2) Various indirect losses resulting from product damage (including but not limited to loss of income or profit, damage to reputation or credibility, emotional distress, and other indirect or consequential losses).
