The audio switches to the phone's speaker when HiVoice is enabled during a voice call on a third-party app |
Cause:
When you wake up HiVoice while making a voice call on a third-party app, the communication protocol between the speaker and your phone changes, causing the sound output to switch to the phone's speaker. This issue occurs when using any Bluetooth speaker.
Solution:
It is recommended that you do not wake up HiVoice during a voice call.
