How to check for app updates in Petal Search

For Petal Search 10.1.6 and later versions (go to Petal Search > Me > > About to check your Petal Search version), app update subscription is supported so that you can check the app update notifications for non-Huawei proprietary apps that have been downloaded and installed on your phone.

Enable Stay informed about updates:

For 12.0.2 and later versions, go to Petal Search > Me > Downloads > Gear icon in the upper-right corner > Stay informed about updates.

For versions earlier than 12.0.2, go to Petal Search > Me > Settings > Manage apps > Stay informed about updates.

While Stay informed about updates is enabled, you can check the number of apps for which updates are available and the related app icons by going to Me > Downloads.
