Problem
During Multi-Screen Collaboration between a computer and a phone, the file transmission is interrupted when Bluetooth or the network is disconnected. After the connection is restored, the transmission cannot be continued by clicking Retry.
Cause
The current specifications do not support transfers being resumed. Once the transmission process is interrupted, it cannot be resumed afterwards.
Solution
If the file transmission process is interrupted, you are advised to close the file transfer window and perform the transfer again.
