What should I do if I made an in-app purchase and the payment was complete but the product/service was not delivered?

If you made an in-app purchase and the payment was complete but the product/service was not delivered, it may be due to network latency. Please log out of the app, then log in again to check.

If the product/service was still not delivered, you can use the customer service contact information in the app to contact the app developer for assistance.

If you used HUAWEI In-App Purchases (IAP) to purchase, you can also contact HUAWEI customer service and provide the information below for assistance.

  • HUAWEI ID
  • App name
  • Product name
  • HUAWEI In-App Purchases transaction number (Go to Me > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history to check. Please include a screenshot if possible.)
  • Problem description
  • Country/region
  • Contact information

If the app is a game, please also provide:

  • Game server
  • Character name/ID
