If you made an in-app purchase and the payment was complete but the product/service was not delivered, it may be due to network latency. Please log out of the app, then log in again to check.
If the product/service was still not delivered, you can use the customer service contact information in the app to contact the app developer for assistance.
If you used
(IAP) to purchase, you can also contact HUAWEI customer service and provide the information below for assistance.- HUAWEI ID
- App name
- Product name
- HUAWEI In-App Purchases transaction number (Go to to check. Please include a screenshot if possible.)
- Problem description
- Country/region
- Contact information
If the app is a game, please also provide:
- Game server
- Character name/ID
