Huawei Postal Repair Service Term and Privacy Policy
1. For the convenience of testing, please make the device under maintenance mode through:

2. To ensure safety of your data, it is advisable that you should back up all existing data, software, program, then erase them from the device. You understand that any personal data remaining on your device will be accessible by Huawei its authorized service center during the repair process and you consent to any such access of your data, by Huawei during the repair process. You should also remove all removable storage media, such as SIM, Memory Card. Huawei and its authorized service center will not be responsible for any loss of data, software, or program.
3. You agree and understand that after we receive your device, it is necessary for Huawei to collect, process, and use your data, if any, such as your name, phone number, IMEI number, system log, etc. for the purpose of user satisfaction surveys, analyses, product improvements, etc. Huawei will strictly follow our 'Privacy Policy' to protect your data, for more details please refer to: https://consumer.huawei.com/sa-en/privacy/privacy-policy/ .
4. All devices deemed out of warranty will be charged for. A quotation can be requested prior to the repair taking place.
5. Any outstanding cost for out of warranty repairs must be paid prior to the device being returned to you.
6. It is the responsibility of the sender/customer/ you to package the device in such a manner to avoid any damage during transport. In the event that the customer did not package the device in such a manner, he shall be responsible for all loss and damages during the transit process.
7. Please remove all memory cards, SIM cards or covers prior to packaging the device.
8. Huawei will ensure the device for loss or damage caused during transit, if it is not caused by customer mistake during packaging the device.
9. Please ensure that all shipping documents are printed and signed before handing over the device to Huawei authorize logistic supplier Transportation / Shipping.
