Problem:

In some games (currently only PUBG Exhilarating Battlefield), the phone vibrates in certain special gaming scenarios, which is a normal occurrence. However, in rare cases, the phone can vibrate unexpectedly.

Cause:

This function is currently not stable, and engineers are working on resolving the issue.

Solution:

Go to Settings on home screen > Apps > AppAssistant > Game Space>gamepad icon in the upper left corner, and disable 4D smart shock.
