How do I quickly switch to the PrivateSpace using a fingerprint?
To allow fingerprint-based access to PrivateSpace, perform the following:
- Set different lock screen passwords for the MainSpace and PrivateSpace, and enrol different fingerprints to access them.
- In the MainSpace and PrivateSpace, open Settings and search for Fingerprint management. On the Fingerprint management screen, verify that Unlock device or Unlock screen is enabled.
Can a saved Wi-Fi network or paired Bluetooth device in the MainSpace be automatically connected in the PrivateSpace and vice versa?
Yes. Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth settings are shared between the MainSpace and PrivateSpace.
Note: The Hotspot option is not available in the PrivateSpace.
How can I retrieve data from the PrivateSpace if I forgot the PrivateSpace password?
If you forgot the password of the PrivateSpace for which no fingerprint has been set, you will not be able to access its data. To use the PrivateSpace feature in this situation, you will have to delete the current PrivateSpace or restore your phone to its factory settings. The data in the current PrivateSpace will be lost.
Can I migrate apps in the MainSpace to the PrivateSpace?
No. This feature is currently not available. To use apps in the PrivateSpace, you need to download and install them in the PrivateSpace. App backups in the MainSpace also can't be migrated to the PrivateSpace.
