In the event of a non-human-damage malfunction, consumers may avail of cross-border warranty services within the region across all countries where the product is jointly launched.
Free Battery Replacement
3 Years 1 Time Free Battery Replacement. If the phone maximum battery capacity is below 80%, the battery could be replaced once for free in 3 years (subject to service center inspection result).
Free Screen Protector
2 Years 4 Times Free Screen Protector. Within a two-year period consumers are entitled to four complimentary screen protector installations.

1- The Premium Service is applicable for HUAWEI Mate 80 Pro which are purchased from official sale points in Singapore region.
2- During the accidental damage protection service validity period, if the device host fails due to accidental collision, drop, extrusion, liquid intrusion, etc. during normal use, you can enjoy 1 time accidental damage repair services.
3- The APAC Region Warranty is applicable for the basic warranty (1st year) only. The available countries are limited to selected Asia Pacific countries and regions including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and Cambodia.
