How do I enable call forwarding services?

If you have signed up for call forwarding services with your carrier, you can use the keypad on your telephone to enable or disable call forwarding services.

• Call forward immediate: Pick up your telephone's receiver and Dial *21* + number you want to forward calls to + #. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward immediate has been enabled. To disable call forward immediate, pick up your telephone's receiver and dial #21#. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward immediate has been disabled.
• Call forward no answer: Pick up your telephone's receiver and Dial *61* + number you want to forward calls to + #. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward no answer has been enabled. To disable call forward no answer, pick up your telephone's receiver and dial #61#. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward no answer has been disabled.
• Call forward busy: Pick up your telephone's receiver and Dial *67* + number you want to forward calls to + #. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward busy has been enabled. To disable call forward busy, pick up your telephone's receiver and dial #61#. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward busy has been disabled.
• Call forward unreachable: Pick up your telephone's receiver and Dial *62* + number you want to forward calls to + #. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward unreachable has been enabled. To disable call forward unreachable, pick up your telephone's receiver and dial #61#. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that call forward busy has been disabled.
• Disable all call forwarding services: Pick up your telephone's receiver and dial #002#. You will hear a beep through the receiver indicating that all call forwarding services have been disabled.

Do not enable call forward all calls, call forward no answer, call forward busy, and call forward unreachable all at the same time as the services will conflict with one another.

If you cannot enable call forwarding services using the above keypad commands, contact your carrier to check whether call forwarding services have been enabled for your SIM card.
