I can't enable private browsing mode or clear browsing history

I can't enable private browsing mode or clear browsing history

Problem: The Private and History > Delete buttons are grayed out.

Solution:

Go to Settings > Digital balance and disable Screen time management. Enable this feature again and select This is my phone.
