The vibration of my HUAWEI watch/band is too weak

The vibration is too weak

The vibration of the motor is mainly affected by the motor size, device weight, vibration mode, and how it is worn. If you often feel that the vibration feedback of your watch/band is weak, try the following:

  • The vibration of the motor is also affected by the fit between the watch/band and your wrist. It is recommended that you wear your device more tightly, which will bring you stronger vibration feedback.
  • Some products support adjusting vibration strength. If you are using such a device, it is recommended that you use this feature to see whether the issue can be resolved.

The vibration was normal before but suddenly became weak

If you are using a product that supports adjusting vibration strength, check whether you have inadvertently used this feature. If so, adjust the vibration strength based on your needs to see whether the issue is then resolved.

If the issue persists, back up your data and then take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
