The heart rate on my watch face or the heart rate card is displayed as "--"

If this issue occurs, perform the following operations.

Update the version

Update your wearable device and the Huawei Health app to the latest versions.

Check the switch

Ensure that Continuous heart rate monitoring has been enabled in the Huawei Health app.

Check the watch face

  • Turn on the screen of your wearable device, wait for about 10 seconds, and check whether your heart rate can be displayed properly.
  • Replace the watch face with one that can display the heart rate and check whether the heart rate is now displayed properly.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
