After the user makes a call on the phone, the setup process of a Bluetooth call channel and certain Android system restrictions may prevent audio from switching between devices before the call is answered. Audio can only switch three seconds after the call has been set up. If the issue persists, try the following:
- Update your watch and the Huawei Health app to the latest versions, and add the app to the protected list of background apps to ensure it runs properly.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it on again.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your watch and then turn it on again (only for HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series models).
- Restart the watch.
