Unable to switch calls on my phone to my HUAWEI watch

Reply

After a call is made on your phone, the setup process of a Bluetooth call channel and certain Android system restrictions may prevent audio from switching between devices before the call is answered. Audio can only switch three seconds after the call has been set up.

If the issue persists, try the following solutions

  1. Update your watch and the Huawei Health app to their latest versions, and add the app to the protected list of background apps to ensure it runs properly.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it on again. You can also ignore other Bluetooth devices that are not frequently used in the Bluetooth list on your phone.
  3. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your watch by referring to Enabling Bluetooth on your watch.
  4. When the watch is powered on, press and hold the Up button to restart it.
