My HUAWEI M-Pencil series stylus consumes power quickly

Problem

The battery level of the stylus decreases quickly.

Cause

• The stylus is affected by external factors (such as frequent shaking), causing it to be accidentally awakened, which leads to rapid battery drain.
• High-power consumption scenarios, such as firmware updates and data syncing, can cause this issue.

Solution

1. It is recommended that you place the stylus on a flat surface or attach it to the tablet when not in use, to prevent the stylus from being accidentally woken up.
2. If the stylus is connected to the tablet via NearLink or Bluetooth, and the battery level drops by more than 6% after the stylus has been left idle for 12 hours, take your stylus, tablet, and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
