If your HUAWEI watch/ band shows signs of scratches or wear, and the coating on its surface is severely worn to the point where it affects your normal use, we recommend backing up your data and taking your device, along with your proof of purchase, to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
Routine maintenance:
- Avoid contact with highly oxidized chemicals, such as disinfectant, perfume, skin care products, shampoo, shower gel, and sweat. Clean the band immediately if it is stained by any of these substances and clean any water stains from your watch/band in a timely manner after washing your hands or swimming.
Remove your HUAWEI WATCH Buds or HUAWEI TalkBand B7 before engaging in water-related activities such as swimming, diving, or showering. Ensure the earbud compartments or base remains dry during cleaning.
- Avoid bumping or rubbing against metallic objects or other hard objects when wearing the watch/band. If the watch/band rubs against a table repeatedly for a long time, it may lead to visible scratches being made.
- Clean your watch/band on a regular basis to keep its surface clean and dry. It is recommended that you wipe the watch/band with a lint-free cloth regularly.
