How to enable
1. Open the AI Life/HUAWEI Audio Connect app, enter the earbuds card, and go to to stay plugged in to your surroundings.
2. Touch and hold the earbuds handle to switch the Noise control mode to Awareness.
Voice mode
If you feel that ambient sounds are too noisy, you can enable Voice mode. This feature suppresses low-frequency noises and makes human voices clearer.
- When you are making a call or listening to music, or a ringtone is playing, it is normal that the Voice mode's effect on the FreeBuds series earbuds is weakened. This does not affect your normal use.
- A prompt tone may play when you lock the screen, dial, type, or receive messages on your phone or tablet. If you find that this affects your listening experience, set your device to Vibration mode, or turn off the prompt tones.
- HUAWEI Audio Connect is currently supported only on iOS devices. For details, see Introduction to the features and usage of the HUAWEI Audio Connect app.
