Can I mix-and-match HUAWEI earbuds?

For earbuds and charging cases of different models

They are not interchangeable with each other.

For earbuds/charging cases of the same model

As the earbuds have been tested for performance before delivery, using them interchangeably may result in different listening experiences, update failures, and incorrect model information and pop-up images. As a result, this is not recommended.

Charging cases of the same model but different versions can be used interchangeably.

For single earbuds/charging cases purchased separately

If you lose one of your earbuds or the charging case, it is recommended that you purchase a replacement from official channels. Once you have the replacement, place both earbuds into the charging case, and close and then open the case. Press and hold the Function button or touch and hold the touch control area for 2–10 seconds until the case indicator flashes red, to restore the earbuds to factory settings. Then pair the earbuds with your device again.

If the device cannot be connected after a factory reset, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
