It's normal for your phone and the wireless charger/power bank to heat up while charging. These devices have built-in safeguards to prevent overheating, so do not be concerned about this.

If the devices are overheated, perform the following steps:

1. Ensure that the wireless charging area of the phone is aligned with the center of the wireless charger/power bank. Avoid charging the phone in environments with high temperatures, such as in strong sunlight, near heaters, microwave ovens, baking ovens, or water heaters. 4. Avoid using the phone while charging it, such as enabling flashlight, using a camera app, playing games, or watching videos.
5. If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
