| When my HUAWEI phone/tablet is playing music via the speaker with a low volume, the speaker makes a buzzing sound |
Problem:
During music playback, the speaker makes a buzzing sound when the volume is set to one or two bars.
Cause:
The phone speaker is a high-power device that requires a power amplifier driver to operate. When the power amplifier is functioning, it produces a low current output, which may be audible. Similar to the speaker, home theater audio systems produce the same low current output with the same principle.
Solution:
This phenomenon is caused by the inherent noise floor of the hardware circuit. It is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device.
If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
