Can I take a HUAWEI charger with me on a flight, high-speed railway, or train?
  • You can take it with you on a flight.

According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), airplane passengers are allowed to carry power banks on board for personal use as long as the power bank's capacity does not exceed 100 Wh, without approval of the airline company. If the power bank's capacity does not exceed 160 Wh, you need to be approved by the airline company. Power banks that exceed 160 Wh cannot be taken on board. Each person can carry up to two power banks and only for carry-on baggage in the aircraft cabin. For details about the rated capacity, see the product nameplate or refer to the official website.

Wireless chargers/charging pads do not contain lithium batteries and can be taken on a flight.

  • You can take it with you on high-speed railway/trains.

According to the regulations of the National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Public Security, passengers are allowed to take power banks and lithium batteries with clearly identified logos, with the rated capability of each one not exceeding 100 Wh.
