Precautions for using HUAWEI chargers
  • Avoid applying external pressure to the charger, such as dropping, squeezing, or poking the charger, as doing so may cause it to short-circuit or overheat.
  • Do not disassemble, refit, or insert foreign objects into the charger, or submerge the charger in water or other liquids, as this may cause it to short-circuit or overheat, or cause a fire or electric shock.
  • Avoid placing the charger near direct sunlight, or heat sources such as heaters, microwaves, ovens, and water heaters.
  • Promptly remove the charger from the socket once the device is fully charged. If the charger will not be used for a long time, remove it from the socket.
  • If the charger is broken, cracked, or has liquid damage, stop using it immediately. Continuing to use it may lead to electric shocks, short circuits, or fires.
  • Do not touch the charger if your hands are wet, as this may cause electric shocks. Keep the charger dry. Avoid using the charger in dusty, damp, or dirty environments, as doing so may cause internal circuit faults.
  • Dispose of the charger and its accessories through proper recycling channels in accordance with local laws and regulations. Do not dispose of them as household waste.
  • Do not bend the USB cable from the same position repeatedly or with force. Insert the USB cable in an appropriate manner without tilting, bending, or shaking the USB plug. It is recommended that you check the cable and its port on a regular basis. If any damage is found, stop using the charger and take your charger and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
