If this issue occurs, try the following:

Update your band/watch to its latest version

If your band/watch can be used temporarily after it displays a black screen, crashes, or restarts, it is recommended that you check whether your device is running the latest version. If not, update it to the latest version.

Wearing the watch

Please fasten the device securely at least one finger's width above your wrist bone. Ensure that the strap is worn relatively tightly and ensure it is secure during workouts.

During the autumn and winter, if you are wearing rash jacket, down jacket or sweatshirt with shirred, elastic or rib-knit cuffs, please make sure that the cuffs are not easy to press the button of the watch to avoid frequent restart or power off.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
