Unable to save photos or videos taken by the system camera on my HUAWEI computer, and a message displays indicating the photo or video cannot be saved

Problem

After the user takes a photo or records a video using the system camera, a message displays indicating that the photo or video cannot be saved, or that the save path cannot be detected. The error codes are 0xA00F424F and 0x80270200.

Cause

The save path of camera files has been changed to an invalid path. As a result, the files cannot be saved.

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Camera, and touch Reset to reset the camera to its default settings.

   

   

2. If the issue persists, reinstall the Windows built-in apps.
3. If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data, activate your Office account, and use F10 to restore your device to its factory settings . If the issue is still unsolved, take your device and relevant proof to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
