Since the screenshot function of PC Manager is basically the same as that of Microsoft, the screenshot function of PC Manager has been made unavailable in version 13.0.6.390(003), and you can use the screenshot function provided by Microsoft. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Both Huawei PC Manager and Microsoft run the Microsoft ms-screenclip process to enable their screenshot function. The system only allows for a process for screenshots at the same time, so it is normal that you encounter the following situations.
- You cannot manually select the Microsoft screenshot tool after you click the screenshot tool in Control Panel.
- The screenshot tool in Control Panel is not available after you click the Microsoft screenshot tool.
