Press the Up button on the right, select Workout, find Dive, tap 
to its right, and enable Auto-start dive.
2. Screen touches do not respond after Diving mode is enabled
Screen touches become unsupported during diving. In this case, please use the physical buttons on your watch for screen controls under water: the Up button on the right for option switching, the Down button on the right for confirmation, and the Assist button on the left for advanced settings. From the Diving screen, you can end the current dive by pressing and holding the Up button on the right for more than 5 seconds, and then you'll receive a prompt asking you to confirm the end. You'll need to press the Up button to switch between Yes and No, and press the Down button to confirm your selection.
3. Under water and Out of water locations are unavailable in the Huawei Health app upon the end of a Diving session
Under water and Out of water locations are recorded using GPS. If your surface time is too short for GPS to function, relevant data cannot be recorded. It is recommended that you stay on the surface for at least 2–3 minutes before/after getting into/out of water, to ensure successful GPS positioning on the watch.
4. HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 does not respond when I press the Down button on the right to switch gas in the advanced menu underwater
On your watch, go to Workout > Dive, enable Technical dive, press the Assist button on the left to open the advanced menu, and go to the gas switching screen. Select a gas and press the Down button on the right to confirm your selection. If your watch does not respond, this issue has been resolved in the latest watch version. Please update your watch system to the latest version.
