After connecting my phone to the computer using Huawei Share OneHop and playing music using the Bluetooth earphones, the music occasionally stutters when I use Wi-Fi to download files or watch videos

Problem

After the user has tapped their phone against the computer to connect both devices and uses Wi-Fi to download files or videos, music played through the connected Bluetooth earphones occasionally stutters.

Cause

This happens because when Huawei Share OneHop and Wi-Fi are used at the same time, it results in too many resources being occupied and insufficient resources for the Bluetooth earphones.

Solution

1. If you have a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot, connect your computer to this hotspot.
2. If you do not need to use Huawei Share OneHop features, disconnect the computer from the phone using PC Manager.
