On the watch

Before updates, make sure that your watch is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or a mobile data network. For details, see Connecting your watch to the Internet.

1. Press the Up button to enter the app list, and go to Settings > System & updates > Software updates.
2. Touch Check for updates, and follow the onscreen instructions to finish updating.

On the phone

This feature is not supported on iPhones.

Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device details screen, and touch Firmware update. Your phone will check for any available updates. Then follow the onscreen instructions to update your watch.
