Viewing and switching the audio input and output devices

After you connect your computer to an external audio input/output device (such as a headset/speaker), the computer will automatically use the audio input/output device. To view and switch the audio input and output devices, perform the following operations:

1. Press Win+I to open the Settings window and go to System > Sound.

   

2. View the devices that play and record sound under Output and Input. Click Add device and follow the onscreen instructions to connect to a new audio output or input device.
