1. The HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with

How to claim the prize.
6.4.1 Winners will be selected by the Organizer by way of random draw.
6.4.2 Winners shall be notified via registered mail or SMS.
6.4.3 The winner may claim the prize by submitting an order which had paid balance via HUAWEI Store and apply the coupon code provided by customer service from 17th January 2025 to 25th January 2025.
6.4 Gift/Prize Usage Rules
6.5.1 Gift/prize is applicable for purchase made for HUAWEI Mate X6、HUAWEI nova 13、HUAWEI nova 13 Pro on HUAWEI Store Official Website or My HUAWEI App only.
6.5.2 Gift/prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. ‘
6.5.3 The shipping fee of PHP99 will be shouldered by customer with order payment below PHP1500.
6.5 Notes
6.6.1 Only one (1) entry will be accepted per individual. Multiple entries from the same individual will be automatically disqualified.
6.6.2 Organiser reserves the rights to disqualify any Participant at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
6.6.3 All vouchers are valid for one-time use only and is only valid for redemption made within the redemption period (17th January 2025 to 25th January 2025).

By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group
of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and
representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal
fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.
If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion,
Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the
commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
