Introduction:

The HUAWEI ONLINE STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Promotion Mechanism:

A: Eligibility

In order to participate in this Promotion, customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:
A registered user on HUAWEI ONLINE STORE Philippines (https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/offer/ ) (“HUAWEI Online Store”); A registered user on HUAWEI Online Store Website/My HUAWEI APP. A resident in Philippines; and eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 1st May 2026.

B: Promotion Events:
This Promotion consists of the following SIX (6) events:

1. May Sales

1.1 Duration

1.1.1 This “May Sales” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st May 2026 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 31st May 2026.

1.2 Voucher Campaign

1.3 Contents

1.3.1 Customer who purchases a Product within the Promotion Period will be able to purchase the Product with the Promotional Price and/or to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

1.4 HUAWEI Subscribe and Get Voucher

1.4.1 This HUAWEI Subscribe and Get Voucher event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st May 2026 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 31st May 2026.

1.4.2 Customers need to log in to HUAWEI Online Store by phone number or email during the campaign period.

1.4.3 Subscribe to newsletter to claim the HUAWEI Online Store Voucher.

1.4.4 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Online Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each Product throughout the Promotion Period above.

1.5 Free Gifts Rules

1.5.1 Only one (1) gift can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

1.5.2 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

1.5.3 Free Gifts Color is subject to Organizer arrangement.

1.5.4 Free Gifts during the Promotion Period have limited amount and offered on first-come-first-served basis.

2. Flash Sale

2.1 Duration

2.1.1 This “Flash Sale” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st May 2026 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 15th May 2026, 00:00AM (GMT+8) and 29th May 2026 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 31st May 2026.

2.2 Free Gifts Rules

2.2.1 Customer who purchases a Product within the Promotion Period will be able to purchase the Product with the Promotional Price and/or to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable).

2.2.2 Only one (1) gift can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

2.2.3 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

6.1 Duration

6.1.1 This “HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series Deposit Activity” event will run from 16:00PM (GMT+8), 7th May 2026 to 17:59PM (GMT + 8), 21st May 2026.

6.2 How to join in

6.2.1 Complete the payment of PHP 500 deposit for one (1) unit of HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series on HUAWEI Online Store from 16:00PM (GMT+8), 7th May 2026 to 17:59AM (GMT + 8), 21st May 2026,

6.2.2 Go to HUAWEI Online Store Account>my order>Order to pay the balance from 18:00PM (GMT+8), 21st May 2026 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 6th June 2026.

6.3 Contents

6.3.1 Customers who join the “HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series Deposit Activity” will get an additional PHP 2,100 OFF for HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 / PHP 2,700 OFF for HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro.

6.3.2 Customers who purchase a HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series within the Campaign Period will be able to receive Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

7. GENERAL

The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.

By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy” stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/privacy/privacy-policy/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers July contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.

In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.

In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection to or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion.

The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.

The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.

If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
