HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Overview

1.2.1 The HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2.2 This Promotion consists of the following FOUR (4) events:

2. 7.7 Back to School

2.1 Duration

2.1.1 This “7.7 Back to School” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st July 2024 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 9^th July 2024 ("7.7 Back to School").

2.2 Contents

2.2.1 Customer who purchases a Product within the Promotion Period will be able to purchase the Product with the Promotional Price and/or to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

2.3 Applicable Customers

2.3.1 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store Online Official can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each Product throughout the Promotion Period above.

2.4 Participant Conditions

2.4.1 Customers need to log in to HUAWEI Store by phone number or email during the “7.7 Back to School” Period.

2.5 Free Gifts Rules

2.5.1 Only one (1) gift can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

2.5.2 Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

2.5.3 Free Gifts Color is subject to Organizer arrangement.

2.5.4 Free Gifts during the Promotion Period have limited amount.

2.5.5 Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.

3. New Launch Offer

3.1 Duration

3.1.1 This “New Launch Offer” event will run from 00:00PM (GMT+8), 21st June 2024 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 11^th August 2024. (“New Launch Offer”).

3.2 Contents

3.2.1 Customers who purchase the " New Launch Offer " during the campaign period will be able to get the corresponding price discount (if applicable), as follows:

3.3 Early Bird Voucher

3.4 Event / Product Details

3.4.1 Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of five (5) units of each New Launch Offer Product throughout the Campaign Period.

3.4.2 The Promotion is only applicable to purchase of the New Launch Offer made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.

4. Daily Check-in

4.1 Duration

4.1.1 This "Daily Check-in" event will run from 1st July 2024 00:00PM (GMT+8) to 9th July 2024 23:59PM (GMT+8) ("Daily Check-in").

4.2 Contents

4.2.1 Customer who purchase a “Daily Check-in” within the Campaign Period will be able to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

4.3 Event / Product Details

4.3.1 Please note that if the continuous check-in is interrupted, it will return to the beginning (1st day). Example: If you are check-in on the 1st and 2nd days, but forget to check-in on the 3rd day, when you are check-in on the 4th day you will start from beginning.

4.3.3 Each one (1) Customer with the same registered account with HUAWEI Official Store can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Review and Win Prize only throughout the Review and Win Period.

4.4 Prize Distribution

4.4.1 All Prizes will be given in voucher form.

4.4.2 Only one (1) Voucher can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

4.4.3 Vouchers are valid for one-time use only during the Voucher Validity period (Voucher Validity: 1st July 2024 – 31st July 2024). Any Vouchers not used by the 31st July 2024 will be automatically forfeited and cease to have any effect.

4.5 Prize Usage Rules

4.5.1 All Prizes under the Campaign are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

4.5.2 All Prizes have minimum warranty of Organizer.

4.5.3 Disqualification clause – Employees of Huawei, agencies, and services and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join this promo.

4.6 Notes

4.6.1 The Shipping fee of PHP99 will be shouldered by the customer with order payment that below PHP1500.

4.6.2 The decisions of the organizer are binding and final with concurrence of DTI. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

5. Subscribe and Win

5.1 Duration

5.1.1 This “Subscribe and Win” event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 1st July 2024 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 31st July 2024 ("Subscribe and Win ").

5.2 Contents

5.2.1 Customers need to subscribe HUAWEI Store by phone number or email during the “Subscribe and Win” Period.

5.2.2 Each Customer of the same Huawei website account will have only one (1) chance to get the prize.

5.3 Applicable Customers

5.3.1 A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Philippines Store APP. A resident of the Philippines; and eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 1st July 2024.

5.3.2 Employees of Huawei, agencies, and services and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join this promo.

5.4 Event / Product Details

5.4.1 Customer who subscribes HUAWEI Store will stand a chance to win the prizes listed in the table below:

5.5 Prize Distribution

5.5.1 HUAWEI PHP 100 Voucher will be credited directly to the customers’ HUAWEI Store account when customers subscribe successfully.

5.6 Prize Usage Rules

5.6.1 HUAWEI PHP 100 Voucher will be credited directly to the customers’ HUAWEI Store account when customers subscribe successfully.

5.6.2 HUAWEI PHP 100 Voucher are valid for one-time use only during the Vouchers Validity period (1^st July – 31^st July 2024). Voucher not used by the 31st July 2024 will be automatically forfeited and cease to have any effect.

5.7 Notes

5.7.1 All Subscribe and Win Prizes under this HUAWEI Subscribe and Win event are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

5.7.2 All Prizes have minimum warranty of Organizer.

5.7.3 All Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.

5.7.4 Shipping fee PHP99 will be shouldered by customer with order payment that below PHP1500.

6. GENERAL

The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, Aprketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.

By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy” stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/privacy/privacy-policy/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers July contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.

In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.

In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection to or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion.

The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.

The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.

If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
