The HUAWEI ONLINE STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR.
