b. Determination of Winners will be held in Huawei Technologies Phils.Inc. Office, 53rd Floor, PBCom Tower, V.A. Rufino Street cor.Ayala Avenue, Makati City, on the Mentioned Date in the presence of a DTI representative.

c. The decision of the Organizer is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.

d. Winners shall be notified via registered mail and email/SMS. Their name will be posted on the My HUAWEI App and HUAWEI Official website.

e. The Winners may claim the prize by submitting an order via HUAWEI Store and applying the coupon code provided by customer service. The prize coupon shall be sent to the Winner’s HUAWEI account and email within 2 days from the draw date.

f. Only one (1) coupon can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

g. Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

h. Redemption period is only 60 days upon receipt of notification.

12. GENERAL

The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, Aprketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.

By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy” stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/privacy/privacy-policy/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers July contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.

In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.

In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.

The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.

If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
