1. What’s Membership System of My HUAWEI Platform?
The Membership System includes Points, Energy/EXP and Medals, all of which will be generated based on your purchases and activities via official Huawei channels, such as My HUAWEI app, the official Huawei website and etc. A membership system is provided to all logged-in users with Huawei ID for a better using experience of My HUAWEI Platform. The definitions and rules of the My HUAWEI Membership System might be adjusted or changed in future progress. Users can refer to the latest description for future updates.
2. What are Points and where are Points rules?

3. What is Energy/EXP?
The number of Energy/EXP will define your user level in the Membership System, but it cannot be redeemed or exchanged to any kind of product or cash. You can earn Energy/EXP by making purchases and finishing tasks via official Huawei channels. The Energy will be valid for twelve (12) months since your gaining. After a certain number of Energy expired, your level might be changed accordingly.
4. What are Medals?
Medals are virtual badges in the Membership System, and will be rewarded to users for their achievements. Medals cannot be redeemed or exchanged to any kind of product or cash.
