Problem

The user connects the computer to a Bluetooth headset to listen to music. After the user turns off Bluetooth and turns it on or wakes up the computer from Sleep mode, the Bluetooth headset cannot be connected to the computer again.

Cause

After Bluetooth is turned off and then turned on or the computer is woken up from Sleep mode, the computer initiates a reconnection, but the Bluetooth headset does not respond. This is due to an issue with the Bluetooth headset. Currently, this issue is found with the Sony Ericsson T1 and Sony WH-CH700N.

Solution

1. Turn on Bluetooth again or wake up your computer from Sleep mode, and try connecting the Bluetooth headset to your computer again.
2. If the issue persists, connect another Bluetooth headset to the computer.
3. If the issue persists, back up your data and bring your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
