Problem

When the computer is playing a video and is not plugged in, entering Sleep mode causes video playback to pause. When the computer is plugged in, the system wakes up and playback resumes. If the computer had not been playing a video, it would not have woken up when the charger was plugged in.

Cause

This is a common issue with the operating system.

Solution

  1. Try closing or pausing the video.
  2. Huawei will work with the corresponding vendor to optimize the design.
