If your device has no sound during video playback, power off and restart your device and try again. If the issue persists, try the following methods:
1. Check whether your device is connected to an external device, such as a Bluetooth headset
Disconnect your device from any external device, such as a Bluetooth headset, watch, band, speaker, computer, or tablet, then try again.
2. Adjust the volume on your device
The media volume may decrease after being changed by a third-party app. It is recommended that you adjust the volume again when playing a video.
3. Try another video player or device
- A video may have no sound if the video player does not support the coding format. Try playing the video in another video player.
- Try playing the video on another device. If the video cannot be played on the device, the video file may be damaged. It is recommended that you download other videos.
4. If the issue remains unresolved
