You cannot enable the Petal Mail service with an existing HUAWEI ID in any of the following circumstances:

1. The HUAWEI ID is a child account. If you are not an adult (the age of majority varies depending on your country), you cannot register for a Petal Mail account.
2. The birthday for the HUAWEI ID has not been set. When you try to log in using a HUAWEI ID with a birthday that has not been set, a settings screen will be displayed prompting you to fill in your birthday. You can continue with the Petal Mail activation process only after you have set the birthday.
3. Petal Mail is not available in the country or region where you created the HUAWEI ID in question. You can view the supported countries on the official Petal Mail website.
4. The registration information of the HUAWEI ID is incomplete. For example, the HUAWEI ID is not linked to a security phone number or email address.
