Terms & Conditions

HUAWEI Care+ is an official protection service provided by HUAWEI to HUAWEI devices which provide consumers with a protection to their devices form accidental damages such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration through repairing the damaged part by HUAWEI 100% Original Spare Parts after paying the minimal required service fee.
HUAWEI Care+ covers HUAWEI Smart Phones, HUAWEI Tablets, HUAWEI Laptops, HUAWEI Audio Devices and HUAWEI Watches.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. HUAWEI Care+ is an official protection service which provided officially from HUAWEI to protect consumer HUAWEI devices against accident damages that are caused by accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.

2. HUAWEI Care+ must be purchased either directly with the new devices or within 14 days from purchasing the new device.

3. HUAWEI Care+ covers devices which are purchased from official sales channels in Saudi Arabia.

4. After purchasing HUAWEI Care+, customer can check its device’s right from My HUAWEI App via: My HUAWEI App >> Support >> Quick Services >> Benefits.

5. To get benefit from HUAWEI Care+, customer need to visit or send his device to any authorized HUAWEI Service Center in Saudi Arabia.

6. There are multiple type of HUAWEI Care+ which cover HUAWEI devices for either 1 Year / 2 Years / or 3 Years.

Below are the breakdown of HUAWEI Care+ Terms and Conditions based on device type:

1- Smart Phones / Tablets:

1.1 HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their mobiles/tablets which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.

1.2 There are two types of HUAWEI Care+ provided to mobiles/tablets, which are two years or one year.

1.3 HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years): Provide consumers with two repairs for their devices which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, a free battery replacement on the 2nd year of the service for the battery which its capacity is below than 85%, as well as free life-time software support.

1.4 HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year): Provide consumers with one repair for their devices which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during one year from device’s purchasing date as well as free life-time software support.

1.5 HUAWEI Care+ covers only one or two repairs during one or two years based on the purchased HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) or HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year).

1.6 Consumer bear a minimal fees for repairing his device under coverage of HUAWEI Care+, the minimal fees are 509 SAR for foldable devices’ repair and 79 SAR for any other devices’ repair.

1.7 Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.

1.8 Customer can get benefit from this service from any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in Saudi Arabia.

2- Laptops:

2.1 HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their laptops which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.

2.2 There are two types of HUAWEI Care+ provided to laptops, which are 2 years or 3 years.

2.3 For 2 years, HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with two repairs for their laptops which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date.

2.4 For 3 years, HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with two repairs for their laptops which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 3 years from device’s purchasing date, free battery replacement on the 3rd year of the service for the battery which its capacity is below than 80%, one year extension of the manufacturer's warranty period, so the warranty period for laptops with HUAWEI Care+ (3 Years) means that the manufacturer's warranty will be extended one additional year to cover up to 3 years instead of 2 years as well as free life-time software support.

2.5 HUAWEI Care+ covers only two repairs during two years or three years based on the purchased type of HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) or HUAWEI Care+ (3 Years).

2.6 Consumer bear a minimal fees for repairing his device under the coverage of HUAWEI Care+, the minimal fees is SAR 79 for each repair.

2.7 Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.

2.8 Customer can get benefit from this service from any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in Saudi Arabia.

3- Audio:

3.1 HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their Freebuds which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.

3.2 There are two types of HUAWEI Care+ provided to Freebuds, which are two years or one year.

3.3 HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years): provide consumers with two repairs for their Freebuds which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, a free battery replacement on the 2nd year of the service for the battery which its capacity is below than 85%, one-time Loss Care during the service period which allow customer to purchase a new bud instead of his lost one with only 50% of the bud price. (just one bud, right or left), free life-time software support.

3.4 HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year): provide consumers with one repair for their Freebuds which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 1 year from device’s purchasing date, one-time Loss Care during the service period which allow customer to purchase a new bud instead of his lost one with only 50% of the bud price. (just one bud, right or left), free life-time software support.

3.5 HUAWEI Care+ covers only one or two repairs during one or two years based on the purchased HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) or HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year).

3.6 Consumer bear a minimal fees for repairing his device under the coverage of HUAWEI Care+, the minimal fees is SAR 79 for each repair or 50% of the bud price for the loss care.

3.7 Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.

3.8 Customer can get benefit from this service from any HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.

4- Watches:

4.1 HUAWEI Care+ provide consumers with repairs for their Watches which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.

4.2 There are two types of HUAWEI Care+ provided to Watches, which are two years or one year.

4.3 HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years): provide consumers with two repairs for their watches which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, as well as a free life time software support.

4.4 HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year): provide consumers with one repair for their watches which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration during 1 year from device’s purchasing date, as well as a free life time software support.

4.5 HUAWEI Care+ covers only one or two repairs during one or two years based on the purchased HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) or HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year).

4.6 Watch Straps are not applicable in this service.

4.7 Consumer bear a minimal fees for repairing his device under the coverage of HUAWEI Care+, the minimal fees is SAR 79 for each repair.

4.8 Consumer can purchase HUAWEI Care+ with the new device as an attached protection service or within 14 days from purchasing date.
