In the case of out - of - warranty repairs, the Repair Service Center will send a quotation to the customer via email for confirmation.

After making the payment corresponding to the quotation, please reply to the email address from which you received the quotation, attaching the payment receipt. Thereafter, the repair work will commence.

Please note that collections are arranged within 24 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends.
