Customise the primary mouse button and double-click speed on a HUAWEI computer

  1. Click the Windows icon then the Settings icon . Go to Bluetooth & devices > Mouse. (Windows 10: Go to Devices > Mouse instead.)

    Click here to go to the mouse window.

  2. In the Mouse window, you can set Primary mouse button (Windows 10: Select your primary button), Mouse pointer speed (Windows 10: Cursor speed), or other features.

Set the mouse double-click speed

  1. Click the Windows icon then the Settings icon . Go to Bluetooth & devices > Mouse. (Windows 10: Go to Devices > Mouse instead.)

  2. Click Additional mouse settings (Windows 10: Additional mouse options).

  3. In the Mouse Properties window, you can set the mouse button configuration, double-click speed, and pointer movement speed. After the settings are complete, go to Apply > OK.
    • Click the Buttons tab.
      • Select Switch primary and secondary buttons to set the right mouse button as the primary button. You will then be able to press the right mouse button to perform operations such as selection and drag-and-drop.
      • Drag the slider under Double-click speed to adjust the mouse double-click speed.

    • Click the Pointers tab.
      • Drag the slider under Motion to adjust the pointer speed.
      • Select Enhance pointer precision to make the pointer more accurate when moving the mouse.
