Problem:

When the user opens Microsoft Edge browser to access a video streaming website and play a video in full screen, a bright white line is displayed on the right edge of the screen.

Cause:

This problem occurs because of an error in Edge browser.

Solution:

• This issue has been reported to Microsoft. Please look out for subsequent software updates.
• You can also perform the following to resolve the issue:
  1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon.

     

  2. In the displayed window, click System.

     

  3. Set Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 200%.

     

• It is recommended that you use another browser to watch the video in full-screen mode.
• If white lines appear on the desktop display edge, there may be a problem with your wallpaper. Try using a different wallpaper.
