A file downloading error occurs or a file can't be downloaded by Browser

1. Check your network connection. Switch to a different network or use Wi-Fi, and try again.

2. Use a different browser to download the file, and check whether the issue persists. If so, the issue is with the web page. If not, go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Browser > Storage > Clear cache and try again.
