Problem

A pop-up displays in Optimiser/Tablet Manager indicating that the battery health status has degraded.

Cause

Battery capacity and health tend to gradually decrease over time. The new version provides a battery health check feature. When the system detects that the battery has aged, a pop-up will display.

Solution

1. Swipe left on the pop-up, and touch the delete icon to close the pop-up.

   

2. Battery capacity and health tend to gradually decrease over time. If this affects your usage experience, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
