GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "MultiPass CAMPAIGN

FOR NEWLY PURCHASED WEARABLES" ("THE CAMPAIGN")


  1. Terms and Conditions Binding

By entering the Campaign, you agree to accept and to be legally bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.


  1. Campaign Organiser

This Campaign is organised by Aspiegel SE ("Aspiegel"), a company incorporated in Ireland with its registered address at: 3rd floor, Mespil Court, Mespil Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, D04 E516, Ireland. Aspiegel is a subsidiary of Huawei Technologies Cooperatief U.A .


  1. Campaign Territory

Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, France, Finland, Netherlands, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania, Moldova, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Türkiye, Ukraine, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Israel, United Kingdom, Latvia, Germany, and Italy.


  1. Campaign Duration

The Campaign period for each product is as follows:

HUAWEI WATCH GT 6, HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 PRO, HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE 2: The Campaign started at 00:00 (UTC + 1) on 19th September 2025 and will finish at 23:59 (UTC + 1) on 18st September 2026.

HUAWEI WATCH GT RUNNER 2: The Campaign started at 00:00 (UTC + 1) on 26th February 2026 and will finish at 23:59 (UTC + 1) on 25th February 2027.

HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5, HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Pro: The Campaign will start at 00:00 (UTC + 1) on 7th May 2026 and will finish at 23:59 (UTC + 1) on 6th May 2027.

Rewards are limited in quantity and subject to availability, and are offered on a first claimed, first serviced basis. The Campaign may end earlier than the stated end date if the supply of rewards is exhausted before the Campaign’s scheduled end date.

 


  1. How to Enter
  2. Entry is free of charge after purchasing one of the devices outlined in Section 5.3.
  3. The Campaign Offer is available to Huawei, other Android device, and iOS device users (Participants) whose unique HUAWEI ID is registered within the Campaign territory stated in Section 3, and who currently reside in the same territory as their Huawei ID registration. The Participant's HUAWEI ID service region and IP address shall also correspond to their country of residence.
  4. In order to participate in the Campaign, a user needs to have a newly purchased device from the following list which has not previously activated benefits in this Campaign:

  1. In order to participate, a Participant must have purchased a device listed in Section 5.3 while the campaign is active. Products listed in Section 5.3 that are purchased after the Campaign has ended will not be eligible for a reward. 
  2. To access the Campaign landing page, Participants must download the HUAWEI Health[1] App on their mobile phone, log in with their HUAWEI ID, and pair their new device. The device must be one from the list in Section 5.3. The HUAWEI Health App will recognize the smartwatch serial number and will then display the "MultiPass" benefit package. The MultiPass benefit will allow eligible Participants to claim a free trial of services (“Free Trial Offer”) offered by Huawei’s participating third-party partner applications (“Partners”).
  3. The Partner applications that are participating in the campaign for the Participant’s particular device and from which eligible users can claim a Free Trial Offer will be listed in the Huawei Health App.
  4. The Free Trial Offer for each Partner application can only be redeemed by following the redemption process outlined by participating Partner applications. Participants must touch the relevant Partner’s banner in the Huawei Health App in order to be brought to that Partner’s redemption page. After being brought to the Partner’s redemption page, a code will be automatically entered into the Partner’s redemption process. Once the Participant completes the redemption process for the Partner, this code will grant a free trial period of that Partner’s services. Each code may only be redeemed once and may not be reused, exchanged, or transferred.
  5. The duration of a free trial period may vary between different Partner applications. 

5.9    The Partner applications from which a Free Trial Offer can be redeemed will vary depending on the specific product from Section 5.3 that is purchased by the Participant. For further information regarding the specific Partners offering Free Trial Offers in connection with each of the products outlined in Section 5.3, please click https://consumer.huawei.com/xx/offer/multipass/[2].

 

Please note:

1)      If the user is currently a subscriber of the Partner to which the Free Trial Offer applies, the free trial cannot be claimed.

2)      At the end of the free trial period, the subscription for certain Partner services will auto-renew to a paid subscription, unless cancelled before end of the trial period. Participants may cancel their subscription to the Partner service at any time using the cancellation process provided for by the relevant Partner. Please review the respective Partner’s pricing, information and terms prior to activating the Free Trial Offer on the Partner’s activation page.

3)      The duration, content, and terms of use of each Free Trial Offer are determined solely by the respective Partner and may vary.

4)      The Free Trial Offer for each participating Partner must be claimed by the Participant via the Partner’s redemption page.

5)      Participants who purchase an eligible product listed in Section 5.3 are eligible to claim the Free Trial Offer for a Partner Service within 12 months after the product is launched. Free Trial Offers and their respective codes will expire if not claimed within twelve months of the launch of the particular product.

6)      Huawei does not guarantee and is not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of Partner services.

7)      All benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other compensation.

8)      Huawei and its Partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the benefits of any Free Trial Offer at any time without prior notice.

9)      The use of each Free Trial Offer is subject to the respective Partner’s terms and conditions.

10)  The smartwatch serial number is processed solely by Aspiegel for verification purposes and will not be shared with any third-party Partners in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation obligations.

5.10 Each qualifying device and user may only participate in the Campaign once.

5.11 In order to take part in the Campaign, Participants with Huawei and other Android devices need to update their HUAWEI Health to version 16.0.8.300 or above. Participants with iOS devices need to download and use HUAWEI Health: Europe in AppStore, and update to version 16.0.8.306 or above.


  1. Award of Rewards
  2. Rewards are only available to Participants whose IP address and HUAWEI ID registration and service country are the same and within the corresponding Campaign Territory.
  3. Free Trial Offer reward codes cannot be refunded or exchanged for other rewards.
  4. Participants may claim a Free Trial Offer from each individual Partner participating in the Campaign for their specific device from the list in Section 5.3. Participant’s may claim a maximum of one (1) Free Trial Offer for each participating Partner application.
  5. Proof of identity may be requested by Aspiegel as a proof of age before a reward is awarded. Participants who have not reached the age of majority may be excluded from participating.
  6. Aspiegel reserves the right to offer alternative rewards of less or equivalent value if for any unforeseen reason it cannot offer a winner one of the rewards mentioned above.
  7. Rewards are neither negotiable nor transferable.
  8. Additional Conditions
  9. You must be 18 years or older in order to enter and participate in the Campaign.
  10. Aspiegel reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Campaign if, at its sole discretion, it becomes necessary to do so for technical or security reasons, suspected or actual fraud, consumer protection, legal reason, other reasons including any unforeseen reason or any reason that is out of its control, including but not limited to technical failures or force majeure events. Aspiegel will not be liable for any consequences arising from such changes
  11. Aspiegel may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant who is believed to have perpetrated fraud, used deception (or attempted to do so), impersonated another person, or provided any false information to Aspiegel at any time, in relation to any matters regarding the Campaign.
  12. The Participant shall not attempt to obtain more Free Trial Offers than the quantity permitted and allocated during the Campaign.
  13. If a Participant redeems a free trial of a Partner service but it is subsequently discovered that they have breached any of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, they may be deemed to be disqualified and their entry void ab initio. Aspiegel may seek a termination of the free trial period obtained by a person in breach of these Terms, and seek full recovery of any expenses, damages, costs, and fees incurred by it in this regard. Aspiegel reserves the right to report any suspected or actual acts of fraud or illegality on the part of a Participant to law enforcement agencies or any other relevant authorities, persons, or organisations.
  14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiegel (including its affiliate Huawei companies) and its agents or distributors, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable (a) to compensate a Participant or accept any liability for any loss or damage, personal injury or death, as a result of entering the Campaign; and/or (b) for any matters connected with or arising from your or a third party's use of a Free Trial Offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  15. By Participating in the Campaign, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Aspiegel (or if relevant, your social media account provider(s)) from any and all liabilities associated with the Campaign. The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with your social media account provider(s).
  16. Aspiegel processes and uses any personal data of the Participants for the purposes of this Campaign in accordance with the local applicable laws and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data shall only be processed for lawful purposes directly related to this Campaign, including but not limited to fraud prevention. These purposes require us to process HUAWEI ID and device serial number. Any personal data processed by Participants in connection with the Campaign is retained for no longer than 12 months after the Campaign. As part of the campaign, a unique URL is generated for each Participant. This link is designed to ensure that Participation occurs only once per device, in accordance with the campaign’s terms and conditions. The mechanism helps preventing duplicate entries or unauthorized access to the Campaign. We may share aggregated reports regarding how our users Participate in the campaign with our Partners. We never share information that is identifiable to you as a specific user. When third-party links are clicked within the Health app and you are redirected to external websites, those pages may use cookies and other technologies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. We encourage you to review these policies before using the websites. In general, when you use Aspiegel services, such as HUAWEI Health, your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the respective Privacy Statement.
  17. Any entrant who is suspected of breaching or who is proven to have breached any of these Terms may be disqualified by Aspiegel.

7.10 Any decision by Aspiegel regarding an entry is final. Aspiegel is not obliged to enter into any correspondence or communications with any Participant in relation to their entry or any other matters.

7.11 This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, limit, or restrict your rights under local mandatory consumer laws.

7.12 This document may be translated into multiple languages. Should any conflict arise between the English-language version of this Agreement and any translation hereof, the English-language version shall prevail.

7.13 Any tax payable (including personal income tax) that is applicable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Participant. If any claim is made against Aspiegel for such taxes, the prize winner shall indemnify and hold Aspiegel harmless for any liability for such sums and promptly remit to Aspiegel such sums together with any penalties and interest assessed.

7.14 The Free Trial Offer is provided by our Partners and is subject to the respective Partner’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any applicable eligibility requirements. By claiming a Free Trial Offer, Participants agree to be bound by the relevant Partner’s terms.

7.15  Aspiegel gives no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the use, value, or enjoyment of the free trial, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  3. This offer is available to Huawei, other Android device and iOS device users whose unique HUAWEI ID is registered within the Campaign territory stated in Section 3, where the participant also resides ("Participant"). The Participant's HUAWEI ID service region and IP address shall also correspond to their country of residence.

5.3 In order to participate in the Campaign, a user needs to have a newly purchased device that is from the following list and has not previously activated benefits in this Campaign. Eligible users will receive a complimentary Health+ membership for a specified period ("Benefit Period "), which varies depending on the purchased wearable model. The applicable Benefit Period for each eligible device is as follows:

  1. Participants need to download the HUAWEI Health[3] app in their mobile phone, log in with their HUAWEI ID, and pair with their new devices from the list in 5.3.
  2. Participants can access the Campaign landing page in the HUAWEI Health app. Participants need to log in with their HUAWEI ID and pair the new devices from the list in 5.3. The HUAWEI Health app will identify the watch SN and pop up a window to offer the three-month free trial, without the need to link any billing details.
  3. Each qualifying device and user may only participate in the Campaign once.
  4. In order to take part in the Campaign, Participants with Huawei and other Android devices need to update their HUAWEI Health to version 15.0.8.300 or above. Participants with iOS devices need to download and use HUAWEI Health: Europe in AppStore, and update to version 15.0.8.306 or above.
  5. HUAWEI Health+ complimentary membership offer
  6. The Campaign applies to both Health+ subscribers and non-subscribers. Each user of a new device from the list in 5.3 has only one opportunity to join this Campaign.
  7. If the user of the new device from the list in 5.3 is already a Health+ subscriber, the existing subscription period will be extended for an additional period.
  8. If the user of the new device from the list in 5.3 is not a Health+ subscriber, the user will be offered a complimentary Health+ membership for the applicable Benefit Period of the device.
  9. The Campaign does not trigger auto-subscription, and users need to manually subscribe the service if they want to keep the subscription after the free trial period.
  10. The Huawei Health+ complimentary membership offer must be claimed before the Campaign end date (see Section 4).
  11. The Huawei Health+ complimentary membership offer is neither negotiable nor transferable.
  12. These terms and conditions only apply to the Campaign. The Health+ service is subject to Aspiegel’ s separate terms and conditions at [HUAWEI Health+] Membership Service Agreement.
  13. Additional Conditions

7.1 You must be 18 years or older in order to enter and participate in the Campaign.

Aspiegel may seek a termination of the free trial period obtained by a person in breach of these Terms, and seek full recovery of any expenses, damages, costs, and fees incurred by it in this regard. Aspiegel reserves the right to report any suspected or actual acts of fraud or illegality on the part of an entrant to law enforcement agencies or any other relevant authorities, persons, or organisations.

To the extent that you provide any personal data, it shall only be processed for lawful purposes directly related to this Campaign, including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organising of this Campaign and fraud prevention. Such purposes require us to process your HUAWEI ID, Health+ membership information, device model and serial number. Any personal data provided by Participants in connection with the Campaign is retained for no longer than 12 months after the Campaign. In general, when you use Aspiegel services, such as HUAWEI Health, your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the respective Privacy Statement.

7.9 Any entrant who is suspected of breaching or who is proven to have breached any of these Terms may be disqualified by Aspiegel.
