Serial number ("SN" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code.

If you cannot find the SN, go to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. (Paper and electronic invoices and valid vouchers from e-commerce channels can act as warranty proof.)

If you cannot find the packaging box, you can view the SN on the nameplate of the monitor device body.

The nameplate is located at the port area on the back of the monitor, as shown in the following figures.

The nameplate is located at the bottom of the monitor, as shown in the following figures. Carefully place the monitor to expose the bottom and view the nameplate.

The nameplate is under the ports. Open the port protective cover at the rear of the monitor and view the nameplate under the ports, as shown in the following figures.

- Find the button above the ports at the rear of the monitor
, push the button upward, lift the lower end of the base/stand, and pull out the base.
- After removing the base, you can view the nameplate on the back of the monitor, as shown in the following figures.
