Install non-built-in drivers
If you are installing the BIOS, ensure that the computer is connected to a power adapter and the battery level is higher than 30%.
Method 1: Using Huawei PC Manager (recommended)
- Open Huawei PC Manager and go to here to download it.
- Click CHECK. If a driver update is available, click UPDATE to download and update the driver.
- After the driver update is complete, if the message "Restart to apply changes" is displayed, save your data and restart the computer.
- You can also download and install DriverTools. For details, see One-click Driver download tool for HUAWEI computers.
- The user interface may vary depending on the version of Huawei PC Manager.
Method 2: Based on the product model
- Visit the official Huawei Consumer BG website, enter your device model, and click your device name in the search results. The download page will then be displayed.
- In the Drivers list, click the download button on the right of your desired driver and download and install it as prompted. (The figure is for reference only.)
- Some drivers cannot be downloaded from the official website, and need to be downloaded and installed through other methods.
Install built-in drivers
- Right-click the Windows icon (
) on the taskbar, and select Device Manager.
- Click the computer name and go to
- When the installation is complete, restart your computer.
