The AppAssistant dropzone is not displayed in certain games |
Problem:
The AppAssistant dropzone is not displayed in certain games.
Cause:
To optimize user experience, some games do not allow dropzones by default. The dropzone is displayed only after the app has been added to AppAssistant, and an authenticated peripheral (such as a Betop G1 BT gamepad, or K1 keyboard) has been connected to the phone.
Solution:
Add the game to AppAssistant, connect an authenticated peripheral to your phone (such as a Betop G1 BT handle, or K1 keyboard), and launch the game to check whether the peripheral is working correctly.
If you want to hide the dropzone, first drag it. A message will then appear, instructing you to hide the dropzone by dragging it to the top of the screen. To make the dropzone reappear, flip the phone over.
